What's going on?
The mystery surrounding Saturn's rings has fascinated humankind since ancient times. Since the first observations made by Galileo in 1610, science has been trying to formulate theories and answer even more the fundamental questions: How did the rings form? Why are they there? What are they made of? What is their structure? How do they behave? How stable is the system?
Comment by LS: to be honest: this is not very impressive yet!! You have not even agreed on a mission goal and mission statement and apart from Lise and Cristina not many entries yet!!! :-(

In order to have a rough idea on who is doing what when and where in 2006, please add some main milestones in the table when clicking in the linked page in the title here.

This seems to me a much better method to keep our contact details than the file that Melanie keeps and updates ... in this way everybody can update his entries. Melanie: could you please copy the text from the existing file into this one (click on header) - thanks

comment from as yet unsubscribed Franco Hey this is good, I only need to find out how to create my log in! Incidentally, Laine' former head of Ariane and now chief technical officer of EADS was telling me the other day how we should create a wikipedia to capture space knowledge, and you guys, unbeknownst to me, were already doing it!!! I'm overwhelmed!!!

Tried to add in the "community portal" a draft doc for the ACT Planning 2006 document but failed to make a table or add a calendar - anybody knows how to do it? in addition: how to change the topics on the left?
