You need to have a user account before you can read/edit pages. We have just put it on a server in the CDF that is accessible from outside the ESA firewall in an effort to make it open to the wider ACT community. We are still in the process of defining how to run it as open as possible to all of you while protecting some pages that can't be open to the wider ACT community for obvious reasons, like e.g. our internal selection process of Ariadna studies. For the moment, we just mark these pages with '(restr)' but are in the process of looking for a better way to do this. Any suggestions welcome of course!
