What's going on?

Since the first observations made by Galileo in 1610, science has been trying to formulate theories and answer even more the fundamental questions: How did the rings form? Why are they there? What are they made of? What is their structure? How do they behave? How stable is the system?

Tried to add in the "community portal" a draft doc for the ACT Planning 2006 document but failed to make a table or add a calendar - anybody knows how to do it? in addition: how to change the topics on the left?
